Returns & Exchange
We are happy to offer our customers a return or an exchange for full priced items purchased online. If you wish to return or exchange your item(s), please follow the procedure set out below. Please note that returned item(s) must be received within fourteen (14) days of your order date, unworn and unwashed with all tags attached, in the same condition the items were sent to you in.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sales for items purchased on sale are final.
If you have decided on a different colour, style or size, then we are happy to offer you an exchange.
If there is a problem with the item, such as a tear, stain or faulty fastener, we are more than happy to offer you your choice of an exchange, repair, replacement or refund.
Contact us via e-mail to notify of your return at firstname.lastname@example.org, that way we can ensure that your exchange or replacement is in stock and we can place the item(s) on hold for you. If the item is not available, we will email you to confirm your options.
While we endeavour to provide efficient service, we will require a turn-around period of two (2) to four (4) weeks in addition to postage time. This time frame is to account for the complexity of our manufacturing processes and the rarity and delicacy of our fabrics.
